I just updated to the latest version, and now I cannot connect to ant computers, this is what I get, and it does not connect
When updating, the remote access service on the remote machines must update first before connecting. When you connect and the service isnt updated, it will try to update it first. It could get stuck updating because of bad internet service etc. Although rare, it could also be failing to update due to AV/EDR on the remote client.
To rule out server side, install a new access connection on a pc you haven’t connected to before and see if it works. If it fails you most likely have a config issue on your SimpeHelp Server.
You can also rule out your technician client by doing the same thing. Fresh install on a pc that hasnt used the tech client before. Your tech client may just need to be deleted and re-installed.
