The remote user has disabled screen recording

Is this a SimpleHelp warning? Is it reporting some policy on the laptop?

same has happened to me twice on windows10.
disconnect/reconnect and the message is gone

This sounds related to the new feature in 5.4:

  • Session Capture Controls - Remote Support customers can now pause and restart screen capture to allow them to enter in information without the technician viewing it.
