The technical console failed to load

I’m receiving an error when downloading the technical console and installing it.

“the technical console failed to load” An unexpected error has been encountered. Please notify contact@simple-help.com.(NullPointerException)”

Have uninstalled and reinstalled application, SimpleHelp folders deleted from Program Files and Progran Data.
