Just wanted to throw this out here but if you have ‘Built-in Scaling for Legacy Apps’ on in display settings, the interface is unusable since it is so small.
The SSD in my laptop took a digger so I replaced it and installed Ubuntu 26.04. Otherwise there isn’t an issue but Wayland support would be nice.
I fear that’s more of a Gnome & XWayland thing- guessing the new laptop has a very high DPI display and you’re using ~+/- 200% scaling?
I’m not at my KDE machine but I believe this is handled there- not at home to grab a screenshot of the setting myself, so here’s one similar (weird one, seemingly in a VM on a mac) - I have no issues with Technician on that machine.
