Hello…after upgrading to SimpleHelp 5.1 a couple of days ago we can no longer view or control workstations running Ubuntu 18.10. We have a client that we support that only runs this build. We have tried many things to get them to work with no success. Has any one else experienced this and have a solution? Is it possible to rollback SimpleHelp to regain access to those systems? I took a backup before the upgrade in case of the issue like this. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
Update…If I reinstall the persistent client from scratch it works, but not by just updating it.
