I’ve had seen this in the past but didn’t give it too much attention. This weekend I started my technician console and to my surprise I have seen several clients that went from known to unknown, just an SG and numbers, from the IPs those machines were known machines now they’re not, any ideas? I am on version 5.4.8. I can still connect to these clients. Theoretically I could stop the service and restart it, or I could uninstall and reinstall the client while I utilize a third party remote access software, I just would like to know why this happens and what can I do to prevent it, if anything.
