White box status - what is it?

Spotted a couple of workstations with a white box status. I don’t recognise this:

It’s not listed as a status in the manual:

Have been wondering the same thing.

The white box is a placeholder for where for some reason the remote machine’s status can’t be determined. Generally this shouldn’t hang around for too long or reoccur regularly but if it does, send a .zip of the Access logs folder to support@simple-help.com for us to look at.
