Windows Server Backup Notifications

Has anyone been able to configure an alert to tell you when backups have succeeded or failed?

I have a list of backup Event IDs that should post when failed, and it’s Event ID 4 for success, but I don’t know how to put that into an alert within Simple Help that will pick it up. Any help would be appreciated on how to configure an alert using event IDs.

I’ve tried using this, and I haven’t been able to get it working. Any help on what to put in the other fields?

That is an exact screen shot of what I use. I haven’t tried expanding it to anything else yet.
You have it taking action when it detects something? Just that works for me.
