Windows SmartScreen flagging Remote Access installer

Has anyone else seen this?

Currently running 5.5.11, and on new system builds when installing Remote Access, we’re seeing this screen:

Obviously I assume this is a false positive, but wondering if this is specific to version 5.5.11 or if people are seeing it on 5.5.13?

Any word back on this? 24/72 security vendors flagged this file as malicious

I haven’t seen or heard anything. Still don’t know if it’s version specific.

Are you seeing it as well? If so, what version of SimpleHelp are you running?

Thanks for the extra info! Hoping that maybe SimpleHelp can look into it. Not a show-stopper yet, but not a great look when clients see alerts.
