I have a client running Windows 10 Home 64-bit laptop. I am trying to set up unattended remote access but it will not connect to my server. And if I send a link through email the link is incorrect.

(publicly visible domain name:static.hfc.comcastbusiness.net) where was this set up?

I need help with this, please.
