I have been using SimpleHelp & I like how straightforward it makes remote support sessions. I am trying to get a better handle on session management best practices to improve security and efficiency for my team.
I want to understand how to properly configure session timeouts user permissions & activity logging without disrupting the user experience too much. Also any tips on organizing multiple sessions and making sure nothing gets lost or mixed up really helpful.
I have some experience from related trainings such as Java Online Training but want to apply similar principles to SimpleHelp sessions. AlsoI have tried reading through some of the docs but I would love to hear from real users who have set up SimpleHelp in busy environments. How do you balance ease of access with strong controls? What are common pitfalls to watch out for?
